If using provisioned capacity and have the writes set to 40k (or higher), you shouldn't see throttling.

Once a table has seen that level of traffic, you should be able to do the same with On-demand capacity as well without throttling.

If you have a Dynamo Stream enabled on the table that might cause issues, though I'm not confident in that. Thanks!
